MEDLF Mechanical EOD Leveler - Mechanical Edge-of-Dock Leveler

The MEDLF Series edge of dock levelers are low cost units meant for a captive fleet of trucks with a similar bed height. They normally mount to the face of the dock and can be placed in a small recessed pit. This is a light duty low cost alternative to the in pit style full size dock leveler. Also used when a pit cannot be utilized or as a retrofit. The “MEDLF” Series is typically used in an environment with minimal difference between trailer bed and dock and the unit is typically mounted to the dock face. Operation is a two step process with a “lift free” handle to place the unit in the trailer.

They come with bumper block assemblies and are available in 66”, 72”, 78” and 84” standard operable widths. Capacities available are 20K, 25K, 30K and 35K CIR

HED Hydraulic EOD Leveler - Hydraulic Edge-of-Dock Leveler

The HED Series edge of dock levelers represent a low cost hydraulically operated unit that bridges the gap between building and truck where a minimal variance exists between dock and truck with a recommended working range of +/-3” and a maximum operating range of +/-5” above and below dock level. A standard Nema 4 single pushbutton control provides easy activation of deck and lip.

The “HED” has quiet dependable operation via a two cylinder design with deck and lip cylinders. The motor/pump mounts in readily accessible area on a shelf under the unit. The “HED” comes complete with automatic and hydraulic restore functions. Once trailer pulls away unit automatically stores and if trailer stays at dock unit can be stored hydraulically without the need to move trailer. It is Post Office approved with use of 3” high runoff guard for mail cart and personnel protection. Usage of an available 17” lip allows the HED to service refrigerated trailers.

MP Mechanical Leveler - Pit Style Mechanical Dock Leveler

The MP Series mechanical dock leveler design allows finger tip release pull chain activation with smooth reliable operation via a cam and roller counterbalance to assure smooth dependable walk down to trailer bed with below dock capability included. The hold down design floats with air ride trailers and the full width rear compression hinge is designed for superior strength. Designed to meet your budget plus offer years of trouble free service. The sub frame design allows easy clean out and servicing – a Hallmark of all McGuire levelers. The “MP” is made with safety, trouble free service and your budget in mind. They are also most often mounted in a pre-formed pit at the dock commonly used to reduce the grade between the dock floor and the trailer bed. Various sizes and capacities allow for a large amount of flexibility. The “MP” mechanical levelers have built in safety features and are easy to maintain.

They come in 6’, 6’6” & 7’ standard widths and 6’, 8’ & 10’ standard lengths. Standard capacities are 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K and 55K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).​

HP Hydraulic Leveler - Pit Style Hydraulic Dock Leveler

The HP Series hydraulic dock leveler is designed with dependability and toughness in mind for your medium to lighter duty applications. The “HP” offers the same easy push button smooth, consistent operation as the heavy duty H series and the same built in safety, durability and toughness. Easy clean out and servicing are features of all McGuire levelers. Your budget, your safety and trouble free service are always number one with McGuire. They are also most often mounted in a pre-formed pit at the dock commonly used to reduce the grade between the dock floor and the trailer bed. Various sizes and capacities allow for a large amount of flexibility. Hydraulic levelers have added safety features and save time in operation and maintenance.

This series comes in 6’, 6’6” & 7’ standard widths and 6’, 8’ & 10’ standard lengths with 12’ and other lengths available. Standard capacities are 25K, 30K, 35K and 40K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).
